Math Game

In math we have been working on addition strategies. This week my little friends learned how to solve addition equations that have a missing partner. We have become "The Masters of Counting On". When one of the partners is missing, we put the first number in our head and count on until we get to the total. We practiced this strategy a lot this week, and then we played the number quilt game! They LOVED it! Here are a few pictures of my little friends counting on to find the missing partner in their equations!
